Let the taps open

Let the taps open
The clouds are impregnated
Turn the sprinklers on
My hearts full of worms
I need to clean this place up
See she is dirty
She needs a bath
She longs for a swim
My eyes are swollen they can’t hold on any longer
Like thunder and lightning
Let them burst open, blood ooze, let the rain drop
My insides need healing
Those flowers need some watering
I can feel my soils fertile
These babies need some blossoming
Wash away my guilt
Wash away my sins
Quell my pain
Sing my way to peace
My eyes locked in deep slumber
I need the waters to swim this baby to life
I need them to help me see the light
I’m ready for the water fall
My arms are wide open, let them fall on my face.
